Xiaomi only released its first set of completely wireless headphones a few months ago, but it has now followed them up with the even more affordable Redmi AirDots. In an embarrassing admission, Myspace has confirmed that it has lost every piece of music that users uploaded between 2003 and 2015, which equates to over 50 million files. The company reports that there is no way to recover the lost data.

It may have taken over 7 months, but HTC has finally confirmed in which quarter it plans to release Android 9 Pie for the U11, U11+ and the U12+. The three devices should receive the update in Q2 this year, which could by the end of June at the latest. Do not hold your breath though, because HTC has thrown in some caveats too.
Apple confirms event for March 25 and hints at unveiling something TV-related
The Cupertino-based company has now confirmed its latest launch event, which it will host in the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple Park on March 25. The event will run from 10:00 Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) or 17:00 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). uChip: An ultra-compact Arduino Zero compatible board that costs just €20 (~US$22.45/£17.15)
Developer boards now allow end users to realise complex circuits in the smallest of spaces, but Itaca Innovations is taking space-saving to the next level with the uChip, which is just 28.5 x 10.6 mm. EE and Virgin Media fined £13.3 million by Ofcom for overcharging hundreds of thousands of customers
The British regulator Ofcom has announced that it has fined EE and Virgin Media £6.3 million (~ US$8.035 million) and £7 million (~ US$8.928 million) respectively. The regulator has fined the two companies principally for overcharging early-exit fees to hundreds of thousands of customers and for not explaining contractual terms clearly enough.

Some Dell XPS 15 9570 laptops may have a BIOS related GPU bug
It appears that Dell's most recent BIOS releases for the XPS 15 9570 have caused a GPU bug in some devices. Originally reported on Reddit, some XPS 15 9570 laptops power limit throttle their NVIDIA GPUs until they hit a temperature threshold, causing noticeably worse performance in games. The Surface Go with LTE Advanced is now available to pre-order
Microsoft has announced that it is taking pre-orders for LTE versions of the Surface Go in selected markets. The LTE Advanced models will ship from November 20 in the US and will start at US $679 (£619) for the 128 GB SSD/8 GB RAM version.

LG G7 ThinQ Smartphone Review
Radiant. The LG G7 ThinQ is the successor to the G6, one of 2017’s first smartphones with a 2:1 display, frequently referred to as an 18:9 aspect ratio. Notably, LG has followed one of 2018’s smartphone trends in designing the G7 ThinQ with a notch. The display is more than its notch though, with the G7 ThinQ being the first smartphone with an mLC display, which can get extremely bright. LG has improved the camera too and iteratively updated the hardware to Qualcomm’s latest flagship SoC.
