Samsung publishes new Android 14 and One UI 6 release schedule for over 40 devices

Samsung has returned with a new One UI 6 release schedule for numerous devices. This time, the company has included over 40 devices on its Android 14 upgrade rollout list stretching into February 2024.

Samsung Germany has published a revised One UI 6 rollout schedule, a few hours after its US counterparts published updates for the Galaxy A54, Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy Z Flip5 and Galaxy Z Fold5 (curr. US$1,299 on Amazon). For reference, Samsung's new release schedule arrives roughly a week after the last, which the company quickly removed from distribution. Incidentally, while the company's previous release schedule contained over 30 devices, its latest bolsters numbers by another 10.

As of now, Samsung has only finished distributing One UI 6 for the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus and Galaxy S23 Ultra. However, the Galaxy S22 series started receiving their Android 14 updates in the US a few days ago. Based on the list below, these models will be ineligible for One UI 6 in Europe until next month, though. The same applies to other older flagships like the Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Z Fold3, among others.

Conversely, Samsung should start updating the Galaxy Z Fold5 and Galaxy Z Flip5 to One UI 6 later this month in Europe, which it has already commenced in the US. Likewise, Samsung's new release schedule lists the Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A34 5G as being in line for an Android 14 upgrade before the end of the month too. Surprisingly, this is the case for the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite as well, plus Samsung's flagship Galaxy Tab S9 models. Meanwhile, the company will continue updating mid-range and entry-level smartphones throughout the winter until February 2024. Please see the list below for full One UI 6 eligibility. As always, timings can change, particularly for those whose release window is not for another few months.
