Xiaomi has informed its followers on Weibo of when it will unveil the Redmi K70 series. To recap, the company has been teasing the Redmi K70E on the social media platform for the last few days. As we discussed earlier this week, Xiaomi also stated that the Redmi K70E and other Redmi K70 models would debut before the start of December.
Now, it has confirmed that the Redmi K70E will arrive on November 29 at 11:00 UTC. Unsurprisingly, the company plans to present more than just the Redmi K70E, the successor to one of the cheaper members in the Redmi K60 series. While Xiaomi has not revealed the full roster of Redmi K70 series devices yet, at least the Redmi K70 Pro will be in attendance during next week's launch event.
Supposedly, Xiaomi has designed the Redmi K70 Pro to mark Redmi's 10th anniversary. As such, it will offer the Redmi K70 Pro with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, Qualcomm's flagship mobile chipset. With that being said, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is arguably the only replacement for the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 that powers the Redmi K60 Pro.
Additionally, Xiaomi has hinted at a 'performance AI revolution' thanks to its Fury/Rage Engine 3.0, a new AI performance scheduler. Moreover, the company boasts that the Redmi K70 Pro will feature a revolutionary 'Ice Cooling' cooling system too, an in-house solution that it insists uses a new generation of heat dissipation materials.
