Samsung has released another set of stable One UI 6 updates, having started upgrading the Galaxy A54, Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy Z Flip5 and Galaxy Z Fold5 to its latest smartphone OS earlier this week. Incidentally, these updates arrived shortly before the company published a revised One UI 6 release schedule, which it extended to over 40 devices. While only applicable to Europe, it outlined that some devices would remain on One UI 5 builds until early next year, with the likes of the Galaxy A13 and Galaxy Tab A8 not due One UI 6 until February 2024 at the earliest.
Surprisingly, the company has issued upgrades for the Galaxy S21 series in Europe, which are arriving with build numbers ending in 'FWK2'. According to SamMobile, the update have appeared in Switzerland first but should reach other European countries soon. Additionally, the website has demonstrated that FWK2 builds are approximately 2.2 GB downloads and have been shipped with the November 1 set of Android security patches. While FWK2 updates are live for some Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 Plus and Galaxy S21 Ultra handsets, Samsung's decision to schedule updates in batches means that it could take a few weeks for One UI 6 to arrive on your model.
Similarly, SamMobile has observed stable One UI 6 updates going live for the Galaxy A34 and Galaxy M33, the second and third mid-range Samsung devices to receive Android 14 after the Galaxy A54 (curr. US$324.99 on Amazon). For reference, One UI 6 has arrived with builds ending in 'BWK4' and 'BWK2', respectively, again in Europe. Please see Samsung's dedicated website for the full list of changes contained within One UI 6 and the areas in which the company feels its new OS improves over One UI 5.
