Lenovo gives new Apple iMac rival wider international release with 100 Hz touchscreen display and Arc 140V graphics

Lenovo has released a new 24-inch desktop globally. To recap, the company started selling the IdeaCentre AIO 24ILL11 last week in most markets except North America. Now, the company has expanded the availability of the ThinkCentre Neo 50a Gen 6.
Another alternative to the Apple iMac (curr. $1,424 on Amazon), the ThinkCentre Neo 50a Gen 6 arrived last month in Australia, North America, Southeast Asia and the UK. Now, the 24-inch desktop has reached the Eurozone with a choice between the Core Ultra 5 226V and Core Ultra 7 256V from Intel's Lunar Lake platform.
As such, the ThinkCentre Neo 50a Gen 6 contains Arc 130V or Arc 140V iGPUs. Also, these Lunar Lake processors provide the 24-inch desktop with 16 GB of LPDDR5X-8533 RAM, which Lenovo complements with up to 1 TB of M.2 2280 storage. On top of that, the ThinkCentre Neo 50a Gen 6 features a 1080p IPS display with a 100 Hz refresh rate, 250 nits peak brightness and 99% sRGB colour space coverage.
The ThinkCentre Neo 50a Gen 6 starts at €960 in Germany with a Core Ultra 5 226V and 512 GB of storage. However, this configuration reaches €1,251 in other parts of the Eurozone, like Ireland. Alternatively, Lenovo charges between €1,397 and €1,851 for Core Ultra 7 256V, 1 TB of storage and touchscreen display upgrades. Incidentally, the Gen 6 is on the verge of already being replaced by a Panther Lake-based successor. Please see our corresponding launch article for more details about the ThinkCentre Neo 50a 24 Gen 7.
