Xbox announces 9 new games coming to Game Pass this month
August is shaping up to be a big month for Xbox Game Pass subscribers. A few weeks ago, Microsoft revealed 10 new games coming to the service. And now, the company has announced the second wave of titles that will be joining the Game Pass library this month.
Xbox Game Pass August 2026 second lineup
According to the official announcement, a total of nine titles will be added to Game Pass in the coming weeks. Four of them are brand new additions to the service, while the remaining five titles were already a part of Xbox Game Pass but are now being expanded to the Premium plan.
That said, here are all the games coming to Xbox Game Pass this month, along with their availability dates.

It’s also important to keep in mind that while new games are being added to the service, a number of titles are also being removed from the library. According to Microsoft, on August 31, Another Crab’s Treasure, I Am Your Beast, Neon Abyss, One Lonely Outpost, and The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt - Remastered Edition will be removed from Xbox Game Pass, followed by NBA 2K26 on September 6.
