Roland Quandt and WinFuture have shared official renders of the POCO F4 GT, the company's next flagship smartphone. As expected, the POCO F4 GT builds on the Redmi K50 Gaming that Xiaomi released earlier this year in China. Unsurprisingly, the pair share a common design, including three rear-facing cameras and a flat display.
If the Redmi K50 Gaming is anything to go by, the POCO F4 GT will feature a 64 MP primary camera, complemented by an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2 MP macro camera and a 20 MP front-facing one. Meanwhile, the POCO F4 GT will offer a 6.67-inch OLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a 1080p native resolution.
Additionally, WinFuture expects the POCO F4 GT to retain its sibling's shoulder buttons, plus its Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. While pricing remains unknown at this stage, the website claims that it is unsure whether the 12 GB of RAM memory configurations from the Redmi K50 Gaming will make their way to the POCO F4 GT.
If that is the case, then the POCO F4 GT will be available with 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage. Fundamentally, the biggest changes between the POCO F4 GT and the Redmi K50 Gaming will be the former's yellow colour option, plus the POCO skin that sits on top of MIUI 13 and Android 12. Xiaomi is expected to unveil the POCO F4 GT on April 26 alongside the POCO Watch and the POCO Buds Pro.
