Reportedly, Xiaomi has settled on the specifications of the POCO F4 GT, the global version of the Redmi K50 Gaming Edition. Accordingly, the POCO F4 GT will have a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, four cameras, a large battery that supports 120 W charging and a 120 Hz AMOLED display.

Yogesh Brar has revealed specifications of the POCO F4 GT, the rumoured global version of the Redmi K50 Gaming Edition. Incidentally, POCO has numerous smartphones in the pipeline currently, such as the POCO X4 Pro 5G and POCO M4 Pro 4G. At some stage, the company is expected to reveal more F4 and X4-series smartphones too.

According to Brar, the POCO F4 GT will launch with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, complemented with 8 GB or 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM. Additionally, Brar claims that the device will be available with 128 GB or 256 GB of storage, matching the Redmi K50 Gaming Edition. Likewise, all POCO F4 GT models will feature 4,700 mAh batteries that support 120 W charging. Presumably, Xiaomi will equip the POCO F4 GT with the same dual-cell battery found in the Redmi K50 Gaming Edition.

Brar adds that the POCO F4 GT has four cameras, with a Sony IMX686 serving as its primary camera. As the embedded tweet below shows, the POCO F4 GT will be another smartphone with the Sony IMX596, a 20 MP sensor introduced with the Redmi K50 Gaming Edition. All in all, the POCO F4 GT will be nothing more than a re-branded Redmi K50 Gaming Edition, which also has a 6.67-inch, AMOLED and 120 Hz display.

Unfortunately, it remains unclear when POCO will launch the POCO F4 GT, nor in which countries. POCO has already announced that it will showcase the POCO X4 Pro 5G and POCO M4 Pro 4G on February 28 though, so do not expect to see the POCO F4 GT before March at the earliest.
