Xiaomi has unveiled the POCO F4 GT, just a few days after Roland Quandt and WinFuture leaked marketing renders of the device. Contrary to earlier rumours, Xiaomi has released 8 GB and 12 GB of RAM models, matching the Redmi K50 Gaming. As expected, the POCO F4 GT arrives in three colours, including a signature POCO yellow finish.
Also, the POCO F4 GT comes with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, currently Qualcomm's flagship smartphone chipset. Like the Redmi K50 Gaming, the POCO F4 GT combines the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 with a 6.67-inch OLED display that operates at 1080p and 120 Hz. Additionally, Xiaomi covers the display in Corning Gorilla Glass Victus and includes 480 Hz touch sampling, plus 800 nits of peak brightness.

Furthermore, the POCO F4 GT has a 64 MP primary camera that Xiaomi complements with 8 MP ultra-wide, a 2 MP macro and 20 MP front-facing sensors. Separately, the POCO F4 GT relies on a 4,700 mAh battery that it can recharge in 17 minutes at 120 W. Xiaomi has brought across the Redmi K50 Gaming's shoulder buttons as well, which should make it easier to game competitively.
The POCO F4 GT is orderable in Europe from today, where it starts at a €100 discount until April 29. Hence, the POCO F4 GT starts at €499.90 with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, which will rise to €599.90 after April 29.
