Asus is gearing up to release new ROG Zephyrus laptops on the basis of recent leaks. Currently, the ROG Zephyrus G14 with Intel Panther Lake processors is not expected to debut before CES 2026 in January. The same goes for the presumed ROG Zephyrus G16 too, among other Las Vegas-bound devices.
In the meantime, Asus has started teasing a new ROG-branded motherboard on Chinese social media. For the time being, Asus is keeping its cards close to its chest. In a Weibo post, the company has only teased that a 'Mini Blizzard' motherboard is coming soon, accompanied by a blurred image of what appears to be a Mini ITX motherboard.
Also dubbed the ROG Mini, the Weibo teaser unfortunately does not shed any further light at this stage. Nonetheless, the motherboard's design bears more than a passing resemblance to the existing ROG Strix B850-I Gaming WiFi (curr. $269.99 on Amazon). Pictured below, the Mini-ITX board features AMD's B850 chipset for Socket AM5 compatibility. Thus, at this stage it seems probable that Asus is planning a visual refresh to tempt those who prefer a white gaming aesthetic.
