The Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus 5G has landed globally. The top model in Xiaomi's Redmi Note 15 series, the Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus 5G surpasses its siblings with hardware like a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset and 100 W wired charging support.
Like its predecessor (curr. $349.50 on Amazon), the Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus 5G offers different camera hardware compared to the version that Xiaomi sells in China. Specifically, the global model comes with 200 MP primary and 8 MP ultra-wide0angle cameras. However, Xiaomi has switched the 20 MP front-facing camera found in last year's model for a 32 MP sensor.
Also, Xiaomi has equipped the Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus with a much larger battery than its predecessor. Totalling 6,500 mAh rather than 5,110 mAh, the battery also underpins a larger display that outputs at 2,722 x 1,280 pixels with a 120 Hz refresh and 3,200 nits peak brightness while spanning 6.83-inches diagonally.
The Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus 5G is available across the Eurozone for €499 regardless of whether you opt for 8 GB RAM/256 GB storage or 12 GB RAM/512 GB storage. By contrast, Xiaomi has discounted the device's entry-level memory configuration in the UK from £429 to £349. 12 GB RAM and 512 GB storage variants can be picked up at an £80 discount too, with £399 pricing showing on Xiaomi's UK website at the time of publication.
