Xiaomi has now officially released the Redmi Note 15 series across Europe and the UK. Of the five smartphones launched today, the Redmi Note 15 4G is by far the cheapest. Better still, while the device officially arrived on Amazon before today's launch, Xiaomi has beaten Amazon's pricing with considerable launch offers.
To recap, the Redmi Note 15 4G directly replaces the Redmi Note 14 4G (curr. $188 on Amazon) with new hardware and an updated design. For instance, Xiaomi has swapped the MediaTek Helio G99 Ultra for the newer G100 Ultra, which it complements with up to 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 512 GB of UFS 2.2 storage in some markets.
Additionally, the Redmi Note 15 4G features a 6,000 mAh battery and a 6.77-inch AMOLED display that resolves at 1080p with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 3,200 nits peak brightness. Moreover, Xiaomi has included a 108 MP and 1/1.67-inch primary camera, aided by 20 MP front-facing and 2 MP depth cameras.
Officially, Xiaomi has priced the Redmi Note 15 4G at £179 in the UK and €199 in the Eurozone with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. However, launch offers have dropped the handset's starting price to £139. Meanwhile, entry-level 8 GB RAM SKUs start at €199.90 in the Eurozone, with Xiaomi having discounted 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage variants across Europe and the UK too.
