Xiaomi Redmi K50 renders leak with a flat display and triple rear-facing cameras
Yesterday, OnLeaks published the Redmi K50 Pro renders, Xiaomi's mid-tier option in the Redmi K50 series. Now, the leaker has shared equivalent renders of the Redmi K50, which is destined to become the series' entry-level model.
The Redmi K50 and Redmi K50 Pro share the same camera housing, although the former lacks the latter's concentric circles around each camera lens. In their place is one large circle that appears to be raised from the rest of the camera housing.

Presumably, the long camera housing will appear in the Redmi K50 Pro+, the final expected model in the Redmi K50 series. The Redmi K50 has flat edges like the Redmi Note 11 series though, unlike the Redmi K50 Pro.
Additionally, OnLeaks states that the Redmi K50 measures 163.3 x 76 x 8.1 mm, making it roughly the same size as its Pro sibling. The Redmi K50 is 0.6 mm thinner than the Redmi K50 Pro, for reference, or 1 mm if you include their camera housings.
While the Redmi K50 succeeds the Redmi K40, the smartphone is expected to retain its Snapdragon 870 chipset. Purportedly, the Redmi K50 will feature 67 W charging too, 1 W more than the Redmi K50 Pro. The Redmi K50 is rumoured to launch for CNY 1,999 (~US$314) and could arrive globally as the POCO F4, if the POCO F3 is anything to go by.
