Nothing CMF Phone 1 shown to achieve impressive benchmarking scores thanks to new MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset
Nothing's latest teaser campaign is in full swing, only a few months after it ran an equivalent one for the Phone (2a) (curr. $418.50 on Amazon). This time, it is preparing to launch a slew of new CMF devices. For reference, Nothing has used its CMF sub-brand to sell budget wearables, such as the CMF Watch Pro.
However, it will soon expand the CMF brand to include the CMF Phone 1, early details of which we have covered separately. Based on current expectations, the CMF Phone 1 will launch with a 6.7-inch display that outputs at 1080p. Incidentally, while Nothing has not confirmed these details yet, it has outlined that it has included a 120 Hz panel that delivers up to 2,000 nits peak brightness.
Now, it has revealed that it will complement this panel with 8 GB of RAM and the MediaTek Dimensity 7300, a 4 nm chipset that can already be found inside the Oppo Reno12, Reno12 Pro and the Motorola Razr 50. Theoretically, the CMF Phone 1 should be more powerful than the Dimensity 7200 Pro-backed Phone (2a), which an alleged AnTuTu score of 673,000 suggests. Nothing will fully unveil its first CMF smartphone on July 8, before which it will undoubtedly share more device specifications.
