Motorola Moto G Stylus 2023 debuts in Glam Pink and Midnight Blue colourways
Motorola has announced the fourth generation in its Moto G Stylus series, which it also calls the Moto G Stylus 2023. Not to be confused with the Moto G Stylus 5G, the Moto G Stylus 2023 combines a MediaTek Helio G85 chipset with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of expandable storage. Additionally, the handset features a 6.5-inch and 720p display like the Moto G 5G 2023. However, the former's panel peaks at 90 Hz, 30 Hz down on the Moto G 5G 2023.
Moreover, the 162.89 x 74.08 x 9.19 mm and 195 g device has a 50 MP primary camera, as well as 2 MP macro and 8 MP front-facing cameras. Motorola has not optically stabilised any of Moto G Stylus 2023's cameras, although the front-facing sensor supports 2D face unlock. There is a fingerprint scanner on hand too, for a more secure biometric authentication method. Meanwhile, a 5,000 mAh battery powers all components.
Motorola will start selling the Moto G Stylus 2023 on May 5 in the US and through mobile network carriers later this year. Currently, the company has only outlined that the handset will retail for US$199.99 in the US, US$50 cheaper than the Moto G 5G 2023 that it also introduced today.
