Samsung may be unveiling the Galaxy S22 series on February 9, but the company has started running Facebook adverts a few days ahead of schedule. Seemingly restricted to the US, the advert shows the Galaxy S22+ and Galaxy S22 Ultra with its signature S Pen. As far as we can tell, several leakers shared the same image a few months ago.
Incidentally, Samsung has unveiled large-scale Galaxy-themed billboards in Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, London, New York and Seoul. Samsung has also published videos of the billboards, embedded below, should you be unable to view them in person. While unrelated to the Galaxy S22 or Galaxy Tab S8 series, the billboards take advantage of impressive 3D effects.
Separately, AT&T has already decked some US stores out in Galaxy S22 promotional materials. Specifications for the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+ and Galaxy S22 Ultra have leaked several times by this stage, as we have discussed separately. However, AT&T poster shows the Galaxy S22 Ultra in what could be carrier-specific colourways, including a deep red.
By contrast, Samsung is expected to sell the Galaxy S22 Ultra directly in black, bronze, green and white. The Galaxy S22 Ultra should be available in some markets with 1 TB of storage, too. Pricing for the entire Galaxy S22 series has leaked as well, which you can read more about in our corresponding article.
