The expected launch of the Mavic 4 Pro is not that far away all things considered. According to recent rumours, DJI will start teasing its Mavic 3 Pro (curr. $2,199 on Amazon) in around under three weeks' time. In the meantime, Jasper Ellens has shared more details about Mavic 4 Pro launch pricing.
With pricing for the drone itself already known, Ellens has now turned his attention to sharing information about Mavic 4 Pro accessories and associated products. According to the leaker, DJI intends to offer Care Refresh plans for its next high-end consumer drone in one and two-year intervals. Allegedly retailing for $225 and $365 respectively, the DJI Care Refresh plans should cover accidental damage caused by collisions or contact with water. DJI should also honour flyaway Mavic 4 Pro dones, as well as general wear and tear.
Meanwhile, replacement propellers will run to $19, with propeller guards coming in at $39. Ellens adds that DJI will sell a removeable 'Electronic ND Filter' for $220 too, which the Mavic 4 Pro will manipulate via a dedicated connector of some sort. On top of that, the same leaker reports that Intelligent Flight Battery and Parallel Charging Hub accessories will cost $180 and $100 each, respectively. Currently, various sources anticipate that the Mavic 4 Pro will be available to purchase from April 24 onwards.
