Jasper Ellens has shared new details about the Mavic 4 Pro before its long-awaited release. To recap, the leaker remarked earlier this week that DJI would not start teasing the Mavic 4 Pro until the end of April, signifying an early May launch.
However, Ellens has now indicated that the Mavic 4 Pro will arrive sooner than previously thought. Writing on DroneXL, the leaker reports that DJI's next high-end consumer drone will touch down on April 24 for $2,250 with the company's RC 2 controller (curr. $369 on Amazon). Therefore, one can reasonably expect DJI to begin teasing the Mavic 4 Pro around a week earlier, possibly on April 17.
Ellens adds that pricing will rise to $3,200 for the Fly More Combo, which will likely add various accessories like additional batteries. A third SKU is also rumoured, albeit at a much higher $4,400 launch price. Apparently, this 'Creator Combo' option not only includes 512 GB of built-in storage, but also DJI's new RC Pro 2 controller. Based on prior leaks, the RC Pro 2 will sport a tiltable display set away from the controller itself.
