Epic Games Store announces new free Mystery Game giveaways to end March 2025
The Epic Games Store is now giving away Jurassic World Evolution 2 on PC, which will be available to download for free until next Thursday. The storefront also has a surprise in store for mobile gamers too, after a leaker got their hands on one free Android and iOS giveaway ahead of schedule.
Typically, Epic Games would have announced next week's giveaway today by now. Instead, it has decided to take a different path this time by returning to Mystery Game promotions. Currently, it is unclear whether this will hold true for next week too though.
However, it has confirmed that two Mystery Game giveaways will drop on March 27. On the face of it, these teaser images do not look like much. With that being said, several Redditors believe that one can infer both Mystery Game releases from the colour scheme and iconography of each image.
Apparently, they are a match for Cat Quest I and Cat Quest II (curr. $29.99 on Amazon), which Epic Games last gave away under a year ago. Alternatively, others hope that the storefront is planning to offer newer cat-themed games like Cat Quest III and Stray. The latter is not a popular theory, though. Regardless, the storefront will reveal the titles behind its latest Mystery Game giveaway at 15:00 UTC on March 27.
