In the last few days, leakers like @Quadro_News and @JasperEllens have mainly focused on revealing details about the Avata 2, DJI's next first-person-view (FPV) drone. However, the company has already confirmed that other products will launch before the Avata 2, which is due on April 11. While DJI elected against confirming the exact products that will debut on April 9, earlier evidence suggested that they would be RS 4 and RS 4 Pro camera gimbals.
Now, @Quadro_News has revealed numerous details about both devices, which @rquandt has complemented with several official product images. According to the former, the RS 4 series will support various 'key features', including second generation vertical scanning, an extended tilt axis and DJI's fourth generation stabilisation algorithm. Additionally, the new camera gimbals will be offer a 3 kg peak load capacity, as well as Bluetooth control and DJI Focus Pro support.
Reportedly, at least one RS 4 model will last up to 29 hours on a single charge too, likely the higher capacity RS 4 Pro. Moreover, @Quadro_News has published photos of the accessories that will ship with both gimbals. Embedded below, the accessories range from a carry case and several USB cable types for connecting devices, as well as a number of mounts. Allegedly, DJI will release the RS 4 and RS 4 Pro Combo packages for €719 and €869, respectively.
