Xiaomi Mi 10 wows in hands-on images
Initially circulated on Weibo, the images below are the most realistic-looking leaks of the Mi 10 series yet. The photos reveal plenty about the device too, not least that it will have a curved display with a punch-hole for a single front-facing camera. The panel appears to have relatively small top and bottom bezels too.
The device, which carries the model number M2001J1C also has four rear-facing cameras split across two camera housings. The design is reminiscent of the Mi CC9 Pro, with the Mi 10 set to feature its 108 MP Bright HMX sensor too. Xiaomi has already confirmed that the Snapdragon 865 will underpin the Mi 10, unlike the Mi CC9 Pro and its Snapdragon 730G processor. The Snapdragon 865 will pave the way for 5G and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity.
Elsewhere, the photos demonstrate that the Mi 10 has dual speakers, along with an IR blaster, dual microphones and 65 W wired charging. Additionally, a photo supposedly of its retail box sports Hi-Res Audio certification.
The Mi 10 does not have a headphone jack, but that is to be expected from a 2020 flagship. According to @Xiaomishka, Xiaomi will launch the Mi 10 series on February 14 at 10:00 local time. We suspect this refers to China Standard Time (CST), so the launch should occur at 02:00 UTC and 20:00 Central Standard Time (CST).
