Sumptuous Xiaomi Mi 10 concept video has a crack at the possible design and specifications for the future flagship

The Xiaomi Mi 10 has cropped up in a concept video by YouTube channel TechConfigurations. Although some media outlets have claimed renders and specifications for the future flagship have been leaked, it is clear to see the concept clip is the current source. However, it’s still interesting to see what design has been given to the next smartphone in the main Mi flagship line by the channel and what hardware is expected to be in it.

TechConfigurations (clip below) obviously expects Xiaomi to go all out with the Mi 10 flagship and not spare any current high-end tech. The display is free from any notch-shaped blemishes, and it has curved edges that have been described as a “waterfall” design by some. There is an in-display fingerprint scanner, and more interestingly the concept phone sports a 25 MP under-display camera, which will be one of the big features of high-end smartphones in 2020.

All this “hidden” hardware means the Xiaomi Mi 10 concept can boast with a huge screen-to-body ratio of 96%, which will look incredible on a 6.7-inch QHD display – if this is similar to what the Chinese manufacturer eventually unveils. A fast Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC is at hand to be the brains behind the beauty and could be supported by 12 GB RAM and up to 256 GB storage. There are even dual stereo speakers lurking at the bottom of the concept Mi 10.

Regardless of actual quality and accompanying software, it seems high MP count as possible is once more the name of the game in regard to the main cameras of a smartphone.
