Recently, OnePlus sent out a mysterious teaser concerning its first-ever appearance at CES next year. Now, on the date of its 6th anniversary, the OEM has offered slightly greater insight into this event. Its purpose is to showcase this company's inaugural concept device.
OnePlus has released a follow-up teaser for its CES debut, which will occur from January 7 to 10, 2020. It turns out that this event will introduce its first-ever concept phone. The OEM has timed this new announcement with the 6th anniversary of its founding.
This device, called the OnePlus Concept One, is touted to have an "alternate design", relating to an "alternate future". Therefore, as with any such phone, its looks cannot be guessed at with any accuracy right now. It may be reasonable to speculate that it may have a foldable nature - after all, practically everyothersmartphoneOEM is linked to one at present.
Then again, the Concept One's existing promotional imagery shows absolutely nothing that could support this theory. However, OnePlus has indicated that it will uphold this OEM's current reputation for up-to-date technology with on-point specs such as high refresh rates and one of the best user experiences on Android. This concept device will be on display at the Wynn Hotel, Las Vegas, for the duration of the upcoming tech expo.

I became a professional writer and editor shortly after graduation. My degrees are in biomedical sciences; however, they led to some experience in the biotech area, which convinced me of its potential to revolutionize our health, environment and lives in general. This developed into an all-consuming interest in more aspects of tech over time: I can never write enough on the latest electronics, gadgets and innovations. My other interests include imaging, astronomy, and streaming all the things. Oh, and coffee.
