Motorola Moto G Stylus: Upcoming 5G model leaks with a Snapdragon 695 and in a striking colourway
Evan Blass has leaked another Motorola smartphone, having recently provided details about the Edge 30 and Edge 30 Lite. Now, the leaker has outlined the Moto G Stylus 5G (2022), a premium alternative to the model that Motorola launched in February. For some reason, Motorola has included more changes than an SoC swap, though.
Specifically, Blass alleges that the Moto G Stylus 5G (2022) has a 120 Hz display, rather than the 90 Hz one in the 4G model. Also, the leaker claims that the 5G edition has a 6.78-inch panel, 0.2-inches smaller than the 6.8-inch panel that the Moto G Stylus 4G (2022) has. However, both offer a 2,460 x 1,080-pixel native resolution.

Moreover, the Moto G Stylus 5G (2022) relies on the Snapdragon 695 rather than the Helio G88. Incidentally, the handset is rumoured to launch with at least 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, along with a 5,000 mAh battery. Elsewhere, Motorola is expected to have equipped the Moto G Stylus 5G (2022) with a 50 MP and optically-stabilised (OIS) primary camera, an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2 MP sensor for calculating depth of field information.
While it is unclear when Motorola will reveal the Moto G Stylus 5G (2022), the handset will arrive in Black and Seafoam Green finishes. All configurations will ship with Android 12 too.
