DJI has announced the date of its next hardware launch event, three months after the company introduced the Mini 3 Pro. Incidentally, DJI also released the M30 and M30T in March, two professional drones that arrived alongside the DJI RC Plus remote controller. While rumours suggested that DJI would present the Avata on August 23, the company has hinted that the drone will debut on August 25 instead.
As the screenshot below shows, the company will showcase a new device during a 'Born to Fly' event. Unmistakenly, the device teased is the DJI Avata, with its propeller guards distinguishing it from other rumoured DJI drones, such as the DJI Inspire 3. As with other DJI launches, the company is already allowing people to sign up for its SkyPixel Product Tryout Program, potentially to get a taste of the Avata before it starts shipping. You can register for the program via the Skypixel website.
