EcoFlow Power Kits arrive with 3,600 W AC output and solar charging support
The EcoFlow Power Kits, which the company claims are a unique power solution, are available to pre-order. The modular systems have been designed to suit off-grid buildings, tiny homes and RVs. Each kit contains various components; for example, the entry-level Get Set Kit includes a power hub, an LFP battery and a cable pack.
The Prepared Kit adds an AC / DC smart distribution panel and a battery mounting strap to this bundle, with the range-topping Independence kit including a Power Kit console. EcoFlow suggests that the kits are easy to assemble and take up little space, measuring as little as 95 x 70 cm (~37 x 28-in).
The Power Hub has a range of 3,600 W AC and 1,000 W DC output ports, allowing you to power machines like a microwave, TV, fridge or laptop. Plus, there are four charging methods available for the hub: 4,800 W solar panel, 1,000 W vehicle alternator, 3,000 W shore power or 1,800 W smart generator. You can choose a battery size for your system from 2 kWh to 15 kWh, which will affect the length of time you can power devices.
You can control the Power Kit and track real-time information such as recharging time and power input via a smartphone app or the console. You can pre-order an EcoFlow Power Kit in the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, France, Germany and Japan. The cheapest bundle, the 2 kWh Get Set Kit, is currently selling for the discounted price of US$6,297, and is expected to retail for US$6,897 in the future.
