DJI RS3 and RSC3 gimbal series designs surface in leaked official images
Nils Ahrensmeier has shared leaked marketing images of the DJI RS3, two upcoming gimbals that will succeed the RS 2 or RS2. As we discussed previously, a leaked hands-on photo has already shown what the DJI RS3 will look like, although not in as much detail as Ahrensmeier has provided. Currently, Ahrensmeier is unclear whether DJI will announce just the RS3, or the RS3 and the RS3 Pro.
Additionally, he claims that there will be at least an RS3 and an RS3 Combo Edition. If the RS2 series is anything to go by, then DJI will release the RS3 and the RS3 Pro Combo. Alternatively, we could be looking at the RS3 and RSC3. However, DJI ditched the standard model in the case of the Mini 3 drone series, so it is not necessarily clear what DJI has planned at this stage. Regardless, the RS3 series will retain its predecessor's triple USB Type-C port selection, while also retaining the same placement.
Likewise, DJI has included similar mounting options, along with a USB port in the gimbal's base. Moreover, DJI has included a focus/zoom scroll wheel, dedicated mode and record buttons, plus what appears to be two kinds of viewfinder. Based on a leaked roadmap, DJI will announce the RS3 and RSC3 series next month. Conversely, @OsitaLV suggested earlier this month that the upcoming gimbal may arrive alongside the Inspire 3 drone in September.
