DJI Mini 3 Pro: Top speed of upcoming drone leaks as comparison images highlight size differences between two RC controllers

Information about the DJI Mini 3 Pro continues to leak, before the drone's presumed May 10 launch. Reputedly, the top speed of the Mini 3 Pro has leaked, as have comparison photos showcasing the differences between the drone's two RC controllers.

@DealsDrone and @JasperEllens have shared yet more images of the Mini 3 Pro, which is expected to be available with two RC remote controllers. As the images below show, the new DJI RC remote controller is wider and taller than the standard RC-N1 smart controller. However, the size comparison highlights that the larger remote controller should not be ungainly to hold.

Fundamentally, the DJI RC remote controller is larger than its RC-N1 counterpart because of its built-in display. While the display dimensions remain unknown, people online have speculated that the panel may measure 5.5-inches across, 0.1-inches larger than the display in the iPhone 13 mini.

Separately, @JasperEllens alleges to have received information about the Mini 3 Pro's top speed. To recap, the leaker claimed previously that the Mini 3 Pro will deliver flight times of up to 47 minutes but only with its Flight Battery Plus. By default, the Mini 3 Pro will last for 34 minutes before it needs recharging. According to @JasperEllens, DJI allows the Mini 3 Pro to fly at up to 57 kph, roughly equivalent to the Mini 2's top speed.

The Mini 3 Pro is rumoured to debut on May 10, having been initially slated for an April release. Based on several leaks, the Mini 3 Pro will start at €739 in the Eurozone and will rise to €999 with its DJI RC remote controller.
