Teclast has revealed a new large Android tablet before its eventual global release. For context, we reviewed the positively huge T70 by the same company last month (curr. $369 on Amazon). This time, it has presented the ArtPad Pro, which actually features the same MediaTek Helio G99 chipset as its larger sibling.
As a result, the ArtPad Pro has six ARM Cortex-A55 and two Cortex-A76 CPU cores at its disposal that can reach 2 GHz and 2.2 GHz, respectively. Also, the 6 nm SoC contains a Mali-G57 MP2 GPU whose performance is comparable to the Adreno 618 found in several Qualcomm Snapdragon chipsets. Moreover, Teclast has complemented the Helio G99 with 8 GB of RAM and a 10,000 mAh battery that supports 27 W wired charging.
On top of that, the ArtPad contains 256 GB of expandable storage and a quad-speaker setup up but only a USB 2.0 Type-C port. The tablet finds itself with dual SIM 4G connectivity though, as well as a 12.7-inch IPS display that resolves at 2,176 x 1,600 pixels with a 60 Hz refresh rate. Unfortunately, pricing and availability remain for now. The ArtPad Pro should be available on Amazon based on an early listing, though. Please see Teclast's website for more product details.
