EA just revealed the first official trailer for Battlefield 6 and it shows some game engine footage of the single-player campaign. While the trailer did share a date for the next reveal, which will be for the multiplayer, there was no release date for the game. However, it looks like EA has accidentally confirmed the release window, if not the exact date, and it is in line with the recent leaks.
As spotted by Eurogamer, the legal disclaimers page for Battlefield 6 Standard Edition states, “This promotional offer expires October 10, 2025. Code expires October 10, 2027." This promotional offer is for the pre-order content that will be given to those who pre-order the game. With the pre-order promotion ending on October 10, signs point towards an October 11 release date for the game.
It should be noted that this is not an actual confirmation for the release date but since pre-orders will go offline on October 10, it makes sense that the game will officially release on October 11. It was recently reported that Battlefield 6 Standard Edition and Phantom Edition will release on October 10 but it looks like that was the date for end of the pre-order promotion.
The legal disclaimers page was swiftly removed by EA which suggests that the October 10 end date for the promotion was indicative of the official reveal date, and the company wanted to keep that information under wraps. Speaking of which, a lot has already leaked about the game even though EA has only just officially revealed the single-player campaign. Multiplayer modes, including the free-to-play battle royale mode, will be revealed on July 31.
