New Epic Games Store giveaway arrives worth nearly $100 with free game and in-game items

Epic Games is on the verge of refreshing its weekly game giveaway. For reference, Arcade Paradise and Maid of Sker remain available to download and keep indefinitely until 15:00 UTC today. Please note that you must have an Epic Games account to participate in Epic Games' free game giveaways.

As expected, the storefront has discounted F.I.S.T.: Forged In Shadow Torch to $0.00, which it typically sells for $29.99. a Metroidvania-inspired game, F.I.S.T.: Forged In Shadow Torch requires at least an AMD FX 8320 or Intel Core i5-6400 processor, 8 GB of RAM and an AMD Radeon R9 280 or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 GPU with 2 GB of VRAM. With that being said, publisher Antiidelay recommends pairing the game with 16 GB of RAM and a GPU that has 6 GB of VRAM like the original GeForce GTX 1060. 

Additionally, Epic Games has decided to giveaway an 'exclusive outfits pack' for Olympic Go! Paris 2024, a free game that features twelve mini-games aimed at recreating 'the thrill of the Olympic Games'. While Olympic Go! Paris 2024 is available across multiple platforms, Epic Games' outfits pack can only be applied to the Windows version that it distributes. Please note that these eleven outfits generally sell for $54.99, bringing the effective value of this week's giveaway to $84.98.
