ONEXPLAYER F1 Ryzen 7 8840U Edition released as new powerful gaming handheld option
A few days have passed since One-Netbook released an upgraded ONEXFLY. Subsequently, it presented a mini-PC called the ONEXPLAYER M1, which is already orderable in some markets. Now, it is offering the ONEXPLAYER F1 Ryzen 7 8840U Edition, albeit not globally.
Instead, the new gaming handheld appears to be limited to China, at least for the time being. As far as we can tell, that could be because the ONEXPLAYER F1 Ryzen 7 8840U Edition is a re-branded ONEXFLY. However, One-Netbook does not acknowledge this in its marketing materials.
Nonetheless, the former's specification sheet offers a few hints about its origins. For example, the ONEXPLAYER F1 Ryzen 7 8840U Edition combines a 7-inch and 120 Hz IPS display with a 48.5 Wh battery, as well as an AMD Ryzen 7 8840U APU as its name suggests. On top of that, One-Netbook includes LPDDR5x-7500 RAM, an M.2 2280 (PCIe 4.0) SSD and a pair of USB 4.0 ports, among other I/O. For reference, the ONEXPLAYER F1 Ryzen 7 8840U Edition starts at CNY 6,199 (~$852) with 32 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage.
