ONEXPLAYER M1 revealed as new mini-PC with powerful processor and OCuLink connectivity
One-Netbook has introduced yet another ONEXPLAYER device, a few days after it released an upgraded version of its ONEXFLY gaming handheld. For context, the company typically uses its ONEXPLAYER brand to release gaming-focused devices, whether that be gaming handhelds or even eGPUs. Additionally, it sells non-gaming devices under its own name, such as the One-Netbook 5 (curr. $1,169.99 on Amazon).
Arguably, the ONEXPLAYER M1 blurs the lines between the company's ONEXPLAYER and One-Netbook brands. In short, the ONEXPLAYER M1 is the spitting image of the ONEXGPU eGPU that arrived last year. However, it is actually a mini-PC that features an Intel Core Ultra 9 185H processor.

Moreover, One-Netbook will offer the ONEXPLAYER M1 with up to 32 GB of DDR5-5600 RAM and 2 TB of storage (PCIe 4.0/M.2 2280), plus Bluetooth 5.2 and Wi-Fi 6E connectivity. On top of that, the mini-PC features the following ports:
- 1x 3.5 mm jack
- 1x DisplayPort
- 2x HDMI
- 1x MicroSD card slot (MicroSD 4.0)
- 1x OCuLink (PCIe 4.0 x4)
- 1x RJ45 LAN
- 1x USB 2.0 Type-A
- 1x USB 3.2 Type-A
- 2x USB 4 Type-C
One-Netbook has included RGB and 'Turbo' buttons, which activate the mini-PC's RGB lighting and performance mode, respectively. Currently, the ONEXPLAYER M1 is only available in Japan, where it starts at JPY 142,310 (~$908) with 1 TB of storage. For reference, this makes the mini-PC about as expensive as the ONEXPLAYER X1 Mini in Japan, which started at $799 globally. The ONEXPLAYER M1 will be available globally eventually too through Indiegogo, although it is unclear when at the time of publication.
