The ONEXPLAYER X1 Mini is now available to back through a crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo. Please note that while backing crowdfunding campaigns is not the same as simply purchasing something from One-Netbook directly, the company has a history of delivering products to Indiegogo campaign backers. Still, we would recommend checking the campaign's shipment conditions and prices; ONEXPLAYER X1 Mini orders should start shipping next month.
At any rate, the ONEXPLAYER X1 Mini is effectively a smaller ONEXPLAYER X1 Ryzen Edition, which One-Netbook released in China a few days ago. As such, the ONEXPLAYER X1 Mini features an AMD Ryzen 7 8840U APU, a 65 Wh battery and up to 64 GB of RAM. With that being said, the One-Netbook only allows the ONEXPLAYER X1 Mini to be configured with up to 2 TB of storage, half the amount with which the ONEXPLAYER X1 Ryzen Edition is available.
Additionally, the ONEXPLAYER X1 Mini has an 8.8-inch screen that resolves at 2,560 x 1,600 pixels with a 144 Hz refresh rate, 500 nits peak brightness and a quoted 133% sRGB colour space coverage. On top of that, One-Netbook includes modern ports like USB 4 and even an OCuLink connection for linking the device to an eGPU. Currently, the ONEXPLAYER X1 Mini starts at $799 with 16 GB of RAM and a 1 TB SSD. Alternatively, the device can be configured with up to 64 GB of RAM and a 2 TB SSD for $1,299; please see One-Netbook's Indiegogo campaign for more hardware information.
