One-Netbook has now started selling the Ryzen 7 8840U version of the ONEXPLAYER X1 globally. To recap, the company originally announced the Hawk Point refresh of the device almost a month ago before releasing it in China at the start of June. Subsequently, One-netbook then launched the ONEXPLAYER X1 Mini, a more smaller version of the ONEXPLAYER X1 that retained numerous features like a 65 Wh battery despite its more compact dimensions.
Now, the Ryzen 7 8840U version of the ONEXPLAYER X1 has joined the ONEXPLAYER X1 Mini in the same Indiegogo campaign. In short, One-Netbook is offering the new ONEXPLAYER X1 in three memory configurations. However, it is selling these configurations with its ONEXGPU (curr. $749.95 on Amazon), which is why six prices are shown below. Please note that all a magnetic keyboard, a replaceable d-pad, a rear stand and 'side decorations' as complimentary accessories.
Currently, One-Netbook hopes to begin shipping ONEXPLAYER X1 Ryzen 7 8840U units to backers in July. With that being said, there is every chance that the company ship devices in batches or a few weeks or even a few months. At any rate, the new ONEXPLAYER retains its predecessor's core features, such as 10.95-inch display, its detachable controllers and OCuLink port for connecting an eGPU. Please see One-Netbook's Indiegogo campaign page for more details. For reference, the new ONEXPLAYER X1 is priced as follows on Indiegogo:
- 32 GB RAM/1 TB SSD - $989 ($1,309 MSRP)
- 32 GB RAM/2 TB SSD - $1,079 ($1,409 MSRP)
- 64 GB RAM/4 TB SSD - $1,399 ($1,699 MSRP)
