DJI Mic Mini launch pricing, official battery life figures and more reinforced by new leak
Only a few days have passed since Igor Bogdanov revealed various details about DJI's next budget microphone offering. For context, the company already sells microphones like the DJI Mic 2 and the cheaper but older DJI Mic (curr. $249 on Amazon). However, the DJI Mic Mini is reputed by multiple sources to be even cheaper still.
Specifically, both Bogdanov and Jasper Ellens assert that the Mic Mini will start at just €59 (~$62). Alternatively, the Mic Mini will also be available with a transmitter and receiver for €30 more at €89 (~$94). Finally, a 'complete' Mic Mini bundle with two transmitters, a receiver and a charger will retail at €169 (~$179).

Unfortunately, a specific release date still escapes popular leakers. With that being said, Ellens now reports that the launch of the DJI Mic Mini 'is coming up real soon'. Thus, one could reasonably expect DJI to officially introduce its first true budget microphone before the end of the month at the latest.
Separately, Ellens asserts that the microphone will last up to 10 hours on a single charge when paired to a smartphone via Bluetooth. By contrast, its first-party charger should provide up to 48 hours of battery life before it needs topping up. Ultimately, DJI has very little left to reveal about the Mic Mini. In the meantime, Ellens has shared new promotional images of the device, which we have embedded above and below.
