DJI Goggles N3 to launch sooner than expected as full specs also leak before rumoured release day
The DJI Goggles N3 has been a long time coming. However, they could officially debut a tad sooner than expected. For context, while the possibility of DJI introducing a new pair of first-person view (FPV) goggles emerged in August, it was not until earlier this month that a picture of the device emerged online.
Based on all publicly available information, it seemed that the Goggles N3 would launch in early November. Specifically, leakers like Jasper Ellens mentioned November 5 or November 7 as potential release dates. The same leaker now reports that the headset will actually arrive on October 30 as part of a global launch.

To that end, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has now certified the Goggles N3 for sale in the US. Incidentally, while US pricing has not emerged yet, the headset is reputed to carry a €269 retail price in the Eurozone, with a €529 MSRP linked to a Neo Motion Combo package with the Neo drone that launched over the summer (curr. $195.94 - used on Amazon).
Moreover, various leakers have now settled on a given set of specifications, which we have reproduced below. Allegedly courtesy of a leaked official promo, the specification sheet outlines that the Goggles N3 will offer a 1080p resolution with OcuSync 4 video transmission capabilities and up to 2.7 hours of battery life.
