Vivo X300 Ultra: Launch timeline, more camera samples and benchmark leak emerge for new 35 mm camera flagship

Vivo is yet to officially announce when the X300 Ultra will be available in China. The same is true globally, despite the company teasing the X300 Ultra last week in Barcelona during MWC 2026. Instead, Vivo is focusing on the X300s, which was previously rumoured as the X300 Max.
Nonetheless, Weibo leaker Bald Panda reports that the X300 Ultra will be with us before the end of the month. This is likely only true in China, though. Still, we suspect that the X300 Ultra will be available internationally shortly afterwards given the Find X9 Ultra's impending global launch.
Additionally, Vivo executive Han Bo Xiao has now shared early X300 Ultra camera samples. Embedded above, one sample serves to showcase the device's new primary camera. Built around the Sony Lytia 901 with a 200 MP native output, the new camera also features a 35 mm lens with Zeiss tunings. Also, the same executive has highlighted the ISOCELL HP0 telephoto camera. Another 200 MP sensor, this camera will be compatible with 200 mm and 400 mm teleconverter accessories.
Moreover, the X300 Ultra has stopped by Geekbench before being released. Referred to by its V2562 model number, the device combines 16 GB of RAM and with the same Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset that underpins flagships like the RedMagic 11 Pro and OnePlus 15 (curr. $899 on Amazon). We would not recommend drawing any performance conclusions from these scores at this early stage, though.
