New Vivo X300s officially confirmed with Zeiss camera system and 144Hz display

During MWC 2026, Vivo showcased a new X300 series smartphone without revealing its name. Leaks suggested that it would be branded as the Vivo X300 Max. However, the company has now officially confirmed that it will be called the Vivo X300s.
Vivo has also revealed a few details about the smartphone, including its display, audio, and haptics. The full camera specifications have not yet been revealed. However, it is confirmed to feature a 200MP Zeiss camera system.
The Vivo X300s features a 6.78-inch BOE Q10 Plus flat display with Zeiss color calibration. Additionally, it is the first Vivo X series smartphone to feature a 144Hz refresh rate. For reference, the Vivo X300 and the X300 Pro have 120Hz displays.
In terms of audio, the Vivo X300s is confirmed to feature the same symmetrical dual speaker setup as the iQoo 15. The phone also supports iQoo 15's Gaming HyperSense Audio feature, which the company claims boosts in-game audio details. The Vivo X300s uses a custom 751440 linear vibration motor. According to Vivo, this is the largest vibration motor in the Vivo X series.
At the time of writing, the company has not revealed further specifications. According to previous leaks, the phone could feature a Dimensity 9500 chipset and a battery capacity of around 7,000mAh (10K Iniu powerbank curr. $19.99 on Amazon). Although there is no concrete release date, the Vivo X300s is expected to debut along with the Vivo X300 Ultra later this month in China.
