Vivo Pad 6 Pro: New Android tablet leak reveals flagship chipset and launch timeline

The Vivo Pad 5 Pro was released in April 2025, featuring the Dimensity 9400 chipset. In our review, we praised the tablet for its high-quality metal build and good battery life. Now the successor to the tablet is expected to launch.
A prominent tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo has revealed the key specifications of an upcoming Vivo tablet. While the tipster hasn’t disclosed the tablet’s name, it is expected to be the Vivo Pad 6 Pro.
The leak suggests it will feature a 13.2-inch display with a high refresh rate. For reference, the Vivo Pad 5 Pro had a 144Hz display.
Furthermore, the leak points to a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP selfie camera. It may be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, which is Qualcomm's latest flagship processor. The Vivo Pad 6 Pro is tipped to feature a battery in the 13,000mAh range, up from 12,050mAh on its predecessor. It may also support fast charging of up to 90W (10K Iniu powerbank curr. $20 on Amazon).
In a separate Weibo post, the tipster also revealed the release timeline. The Pad 6 Pro is tipped to launch in China in March along with the Vivo X300 Ultra and the Vivo X300s. However, the global availability remains unclear. Meanwhile, the Vivo X300 Ultra and the Vivo X300 FE recently cleared certifications, hinting at a global release.
