Nubia releases new gaming smartphone with bypass charging support

Over a month has passed since ZTE presented numerous Nubia smartphones. Now, one of these smartphones has gone on sale in the Philippines while also being listed on ZTE's global website. Specifically, the company has opened pre-orders for the Neo 5 Pro with the Neo 5 GT and Neo 5 Max to follow.
Sitting beneath the GT and Max in Nubia's product line, the Neo 5 Pro combines a 120 Hz display that spans 6.8-inches diagonally with a 16 MP front-facing camera. Also, Nubia includes a 50 MP primary sensor but only a 2 MP depth-of-field camera. Moreover, the Neo 5 Pro features a 6,000 mAh battery that supports 80 W wired and bypass charging, as well as a Dimensity 7400 chipset and 12 GB of RAM.
For reference, this 4 nm chipset contains eight CPU cores, a Mali-G615 MP2 GPU and is already found in smartphones like the Motorola Edge 60 Neo and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G (curr. $349 on Amazon). Nubia claims to keep these components cool via a vapour chamber cooling system spanning 4,083 mm², too. The Neo 5 Pro starts at PHP 14,999 (~$249) with 128 GB of storage and rises to PHP 17,999 (~$299) with 256 GB of storage.
