So far, only Asus has released a 2-in-1 powered by AMD's Ryzen AI Max platform. Offered as the ROG Flow Z13 2025 globally (curr. $2,169 on Amazon), the device is not the first gaming-focused 2-in-1. Instead, that crown goes to the Minisforum V3. However, the latest ROG Flow Z13 2025 surpasses the Minisforum V3 in pretty much every area.
Potentially, the OneXPlayer Super X may be a better candidate to rival the ROG Flow Z13 2025 thanks to its AMOLED display and larger battery while relying upon the same Strix Halo platform as Asus' latest high-end 2-in-1. Unfortunately, One-Netbook has gone quiet on availability since suggesting that the OneXPlayer Super X would launch by the end of September.
While we await more news about the Super X, Sixunited is preparing to offer a ROG Flow Z13 alternative of its own. Based on the company's press release, the AXP77 could be one of the first devices to feature the Ryzen AI Max+ 388 and Ryzen AI Max+ 392, two Radeon 8060S-backed APUs that AMD has not officially announced yet.
As the image above shows, Sixunited may offer the AXP77 with Ryzen AI Max 385, Ryzen AI Max 390 and Ryzen AI Max+ 395 variants too, albeit perhaps limited to 65 W TDPs with up to 64 GB of RAM. On top of that, Sixunited equips the AXP77 with a 14-inch and 2.8K AMOLED display delivering a 120 Hz refresh rate. Sixunited's 2-in-1 contains a 75 Wh battery, USB 4 ports and a pair of M.2 2280 slots, all within a 1.3 kg housing that measures roughly 313 x 213 x 13 mm. Sixunited has not yet revealed launch plans for the AXP77, though.
