Asus has quietly released the new Zenbook Duo after showcasing the device last week. Presented during CES 2026 in Las Vegas, the Zenbook Duo 2026 moves beyond its 2025 counterpart in multiple areas. To recap, the Zenbook Duo is one of many laptops that Asus upgraded to Intel's Panther Lake architecture.
Specifically, the Zenbook Duo features up to the Core Ultra X9 388H with an Arc B390 iGPU featuring 12 Xe cores. Alternatively, Asus has listed a lesser Core Ultra 9 386H on its UK store, which drops to an iGPU with 4 Xe3 cores. Moreover, Asus has included a 99 Wh battery this time around compared to the 75 Wh equivalent found in the 2025 model (curr. $1,889.99 on Amazon).
Also, the Zenbook Duo finds itself with new 1,000 nit displays and a refined ceraluminium body for 2026. On top of that, Asus has upgraded the laptop's detachable keyboard accessory. Please see our launch article for more technical details about Asus' latest dual-screen laptop.
As for pricing, Asus has listed the Zenbook Duo UX8407 for £2,299.99 (~$3,095) with a Core Ultra 9 386H processor, 32 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. Meanwhile, Currys UK had been offering a Core Ultra X9 388H variant with 2 TB of storage for £2,499 (~$3,365) until earlier today. Incidentally, Computer Universe is selling the same Core Ultra X9 388H SKU for €2,600 (~$3,035) in the Eurozone. Please note that these prices include value-added tax (VAT).
