Lenovo has refreshed its Yoga convertible lineup with latest Zen 5-based APUs from AMD. The new Yoga 7a comes in two sizes - 14 and 16 inches, and sports up to a Ryzen AI 7 445 APU paired with up to 32 GB of memory.

Among the plethora of laptops announced by Lenovo at CES 2026, the Yoga 2-in-1 lineup has also received a refresh. As expected, the new laptop models continue to sport a 360º hinge that allows them to function both as a tablet and a traditional laptop.

AMD Zen 5 APUs, OLED displays, and premium prices

The 14-inch and 16-inch Lenovo Yoga 7a 2-in-1 laptops will both be powered by AMD Ryzen AI 400 series "Gorgon Point" APUs, up to the Ryzen AI 7 445 APU with 6 cores and 12 threads. The laptops will be available with up to 32 GB of LPDDR5X-7500 memory, and up to 2 TB of PCIe Gen4 storage housed in an M.2 slot. The Radeon 840M iGPU will handle the graphics side of things, with no scope for discrete graphics, unsurprisingly.

The 14-inch Yoga 7a will feature a 2880 x 1800 OLED touch display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Lenovo claims that the panel will be able to hit a 1,000 nits, which should really allow small details to pop. The 16:10 display should also be pretty great for creative workflows, if Lenovo's claimed 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut and Delta E of less than 1 is to be taken as true.

A 70 Wh battery is present, which can be replenished with the included 65-watt USB-C charger. At just over 3/3.9 pounds or 1.4/1.8 kg, the Yoga 7a 14"/16" should be decently portable. The I/O on offer is as follows:

  • Dual USB 3.2 Type-C (10 Gbps)
  • USB Type-A (10 Gbps)
  • HDMI 2.1
  • Audio jack
  • SD card reader

Notable features, pricing, and availability

Other features of the convertible Lenovo Yoga include four stereo speaker with dual 2-watt woofers and dual 2-watt tweeters, 5 MP front camera, IR camera, a 90 cm² trackpad, as well as WiFi 7, and Bluetooth 5.4.

The Lenovo Yoga 7a 2-in-1 will start at $849 for the 14-inch variant, while the larger 16-inch variant will command an additional $50. The laptops are expected to hit shelves sometime in the next quarter, with an exact release date not in sight for now.
