Intel Graphics 4 Xe3 Panther Lake iGPU

The Intel Graphics 4 Xe3 is an integrated graphics card in Panther Lake SoCs with 4 Xe3 cores (32 EUs / 512 ALUs), 4 raytracing cores and a clock rate of up to 2450 MHz. In contrast to the large 12-core Arc B390 variant, the GPU tile is not manufactured by TSMC but by Intel (ev Intel 4).
Despite internal improvements to the architecture, the gaming performance should be comparable to an AMD Radeon 760M and significantly below the Arc Graphics 140V in Lunar Lake. The 4-core variant in Arrow Lake called Intel Graphics should be clearly beaten.
The new media engine now supports AV1 encode and decode, VVC decode, AVC 10-bit and eDP 1.5.
The GPU chiplet is produced at Intel in the Intel 3 (3nm "class") process.
