AMD Radeon 8065S

The AMD Radeon 8065S is an integrated graphics adapter in the AMD Gorgon Halo APUs (e.g. AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 495). It offers all 40 CUs with a clock speed of up to 3 GHz and uses the RDNA 3.5 architecture. The GPU supports up to 4 monitors with a resolution of up to 8K60 in HDR. If the SoC is paired with 192 GB unified memory, the 8065S is able to use up to 160 GB as VRAM.
Depending on the benchmark and game, the fast iGPU is positioned between an RTX 4060 and 4070 laptop GPU and therefore enables gaming in FHD at maximum details in most demanding games (see benchmarks below). Compared to the old Radeon 8060S, the 8065S should be very similar, as only the clock speed differs slightly (+100 MHz).
The graphics unit is built into the APU and is manufactured using TSMC’s modern 4 nm process.
