The AMD Radeon Steam Deck APU GPU is an integrated graphics adapter (iGPU) in the custom CPU of the Steam Deck OLED with 8 CUs. The graphics cores use the RDNA 2 architecture and are clocked at 1000 (minimum) to 1600 MHz (maximum).
The SoC is manufactured at TSMC on the N6 process (6nm).
