DJI has not got the Avata 360 out the door yet as an alternative to the Antigravity A1 and an Avata 2 (curr. $849 on Amazon) successor of sorts. Nonetheless, new evidence has come to light that the company is working on expanding its consumer drone offering with multiple new models. By the looks of things, these new drones will sit under a new series, too.
On the one hand, the image above began circulating on social media at the end of last month. Reproduced by multiple drone-related accounts, the image was said to be a part from the unreleased DJI Lito X1. As far as we can tell, the image is of a propeller arm without any propellers attached.
On the other hand, DJI has now certified the Lito X1 and the Lito 1 with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the US. An indication that DJI hopes to launch the drones in North America, the certifications also confirm the existence of the Lito brand. Allegedly, the Lito X1 is a re-branded SkyRover S1, which launched a few months ago. Whether that holds true or not remains unclear at this stage, though.
