The first signs that an international release for the Xiaomi Pad 7 have turned up online. To recap, Xiaomi replaced the Pad 6 (curr. $360 on Amazon) at the end of October alongside the more powerful Pad 7 Pro. However, this was only true in China, as has also been the case with the Redmi Note 14 and Redmi K80 series.
With an international debut of the Redmi Note 14 series on the horizon, what appears to be a corresponding version of the Pad 7 has now turned up on Geekbench. As is often the case, the benchmarking platform refers to the device by its model number, '2410CRP4CI'. On the one hand, the suffix 'I' reveals that it is a device Xiaomi intends to sell exclusively in India. On the other hand, the 2410CRP4CI shares the root of its model number with 2410CRP4CC, the Chinese version of the Pad 7.
As such, it would seem that Xiaomi will soon be releasing the Pad 7 in India. Additionally, the tablet should be available outside China with 12 GB of RAM, which Xiaomi complements with 256 GB of storage in its home market. Unfortunately, there has been no indication yet when the Pad 7 will be available internationally. On the basis of past releases, it seems unlikely that the Pad 7 will join the Redmi Note 14, Redmi Note 14 Pro and Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus on December 9, though.
