Xiaomi launched the Xiaomi Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro in China last year. The company looks set to bring the duo over to the global market shortly, and a new leak has now revealed how the tablets will be priced in Europe when they're launched.
As shared by Billlbil_kun of dealabs, the vanilla Xiaomi Pad 7 is set to start with a price tag of €429. That only gets buyers the base configuration with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, however; the step up to the 8/256 GB SKU will cost an additional €40.
Both of those figures sadly represent a slight hike in prices from 2023's Pad 6 (buy on Amazon). The last-gen tablet was priced at €399 for the 8/128 GB SKU, and €449 when equipped with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. According to the source, it's likely, though, that the Xiaomi Pad 7 retains its €399 base price tag in certain markets such as Germany.
As for the Pad 7 Pro, pricing is tipped to start at €529—for the 8/256 GB model. The line-leading 12/512 GB configuration is reported to cost a whopping €629. It's unknown when the Pad 7 duo will launch globally but there's a significant chance both tablets are unveiled at MWC alongside the Xiaomi 15 series next month.
